Alexus is an IFBB Professional Bikini competitor, master personal trainer and co-owner of Thrive Fitness in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She specializes in exercise programming, nutritional counseling, assisted stretching, and corrective exercise. She’s a phenomenal athlete with incredible work ethic. This is evident by her successful career and dedication to personal improvement inside and outside of the gym. Alexus has always had a love for athletics, in high school she lettered in 3 sports: basketball, volleyball, and track, where she became an All American in the 4×100 meter relay. Alexus has worked in the fitness industry for over 8 years. Since the beginning of her career she has had the opportunity to change many lives and looks forward to everyday as an opportunity to improve someone else’s. She has an exceptional understanding of the human body in terms of strength training, stretching, cardiovascular exercise, and nutrition. As a passion project for cooking healthy foods and baked goods, Alexus started Flex Lex Treats in September 2020, where she plans to grow her company to serve the entire USA with healthy baked goods to help you thrive both physically and mentally.
