FAQ

1.) When will I receive my treats?

Here is the processing times broken down based off the day you order:

  • Sunday-Wednesday — Orders will be baked fresh and shipped the following Monday.
  • Thursday-Saturday- Orders will be baked fresh on the next weekend and shipped out on Monday.

***these are average turnaround times but are not guaranteed and may vary due to delays on the mail carriers end (holidays, pandemics, weather delays, etc.)***

2.) Why does it take so long to get my treats?

Orders are technically consider "pre-orders' meaning that we take orders and then bake the loaves fresh every week. It typically takes about a week (7-10 days) to complete the baking and packaging process.

3.) Shipping:

  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping is $13.90 for all orders of 1-5 loaves.

**If you wish to order in bulk, please email FlexLexTreats@gmail.com to place this.**

  • Where all do you ship?
    • Anywhere in the US

  • Shipment issues?
    • Once the order has shipped, we have no control over the package and are not to be held accountable for what happens to it while it is in UPS possession. If we could hand deliver every package, we would, but that is not feasibly possible. By ordering, you understand that any delays, damages, packages, lost packages, etc are out of our control and we will not be held accountable for this. If you live in an area where it is hot, toppings on the bread are susceptible to melting. Our loaves are NOT packaged with ice packs or dry ice. If this happens, simply place them in the freezer to allow the toppings to form up.

4.) Storage

  • Do I eat my bread warm or cold?
    • This it totally personal preference. Most customers prefer there treats warmed up for 20 seconds in the microwave, but others absolutely love there cold right out of the refrigerator!

  • How long will my treats stay good and fresh?
    • Once the bread is in your possession, your treats stay good at room temperature for up to TWO-THREE days, in the refrigerator for ONE week,  and can be frozen for up to SIX months vacuum sealed. We recommend putting the bread in an airtight container once opened to ensure freshness. If you do not plan on eating them right away, we recommend freezing them.

  • How is my bread packaged?
    • Shipped packages: All loaves come pre-cut. You will receive your bread vacuum sealed. 1/2 a loaf is sealed together at a time. I recommend opening up 1/2 a loaf at time, keep in an airtight container in refrigerator. Keep the rest of your loaves in freezer to ensure freshness until your ready to dig in!
    • Local pickup orders: All loaves are pre-cut and packaged in a freezer safe/microwave safe container.

5.) Do you have macros for the loaf?

Yes! Under the description of each loaf you will see the macro break down for each slice, along with the ingredients for each flavor as well.

6.) Policy for Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

  • Cancellations: if you wish to cancel your order, it must be within in 24 hours of your order being placed
  • Returns: we do NOT accept returns
  • Refunds: we will NOT refund you due to you not liking a particular flavor
